Il Podere Benefizio è una bella villa ristrutturata con stile ed attenzione all'ambiente. Nel medioevo era una torre di avvistamento, da qui la sua posizione  appartata, alta e panoramica, con una splendida vista su Montepulciano e l'antica Chiesa di San Biagio, sulla Torre di Monticchiello e su Pienza; dispone di 6 + 4 posti letto. Gli interni sono molto spaziosi, in zona pranzo un lungo tavolo ospita fino a 12 persone, 2 grandi sale con camino, porticato con vista sulla Val d'Orcia e un grande giardino. La villa e' fornita di tutti i confort. lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tv, stereo. Con i suoi 30 ettari a vigna, ulivi e bosco e' l'ideale per una vacanza di relax per gruppi di amici, famiglie numerose o artisti in cerca di ispirazione, il tutto ad appena 2 km dal centro di Montepulciano, 10 minuti da Pienza, Chianciano Terme, Bagno Vignoni o dalle Terme di San Filippo e Radicofani. Di recente ristrutturazione la dependance, direttamente collegata alla casa principale  può essere affittata solo insieme ad essa, offre ulteriori 4 posti letto con uno splendido ampio salone con camino, la quotazione è su richiesta. Per le coppie e' disponibile la casetta del Galletto, di recente costruzione ha un accesso indipendente con una splendida vista sulla Val d'Orcia. La Casetta del Galletto ha la possibilita' di ospitare fino a 4 persone (2+2), nella spaziosa cucina vi e' il camino per le grigliate e a disposizione un barbeque esterno. Lenzuola, asciugamani  lavatrice e pulizia finale sono inclusi nel prezzo.

The Podere Benefizio is a beautiful villa renovated with style and care for the environment.Its origin as a Middle Ages’ watch tower explain its secluded, high and panoramic position, with its splendid view over Montepulciano, the ancient church of S. Biagio, the Monticchiello Tower and Pienza.
It can accommodate 6 + 4 people, the interiors are very spacious and the dining room has a table that can accommodate up to 12 people. There are 2 living rooms with fireplace, an arcade with view over Val d’Orcia and a large garden.
The villa is equipped with all comforts, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and Hi Fi. With its 30 hectares of vineyards and woodland is ideal for a relaxing holiday for groups of friends, large families or artists seeking inspiration. Only 2 km from Montepulciano and 10 minutes from Pienza, Chianciano Terme, Bagno Vignoni, the San Filippo and Radicofani spas.
The recently renovated Annex, directly linked to the main house, can only be rented together with the main house and offers accommodation for a further 4 people. It features a splendid hall with fireplace.
The newly built Galletto house is available for couples and has a separate entrance. The house can accommodate up to 4 people (2+2) and has a splendid view over Val d’Orcia. In the spacious kitchen there is a fireplace and a barbecue outside.
Prices are upon request. Bed linen, towels and cleaning at the end are all included in the price.

Das Landhaus Benefizio ist eine mit Stil und entsprechendem Ambiete renovierte Villa. Im Mittelalter war sie ein Aussichtsturm. So erklärt sich die erhöhte und abgeschiedene Lage mit einem wunderschönen Panorama von der aus man einen Blick auf Montepulciano, die antike Kirche San Biagio, zum Turm von Monticchiello und zu Pienza hat.
Zur Verfügung stehen einmal 6 und einmal 4 Betten. Die Innenbereiche sind sehr großzügig gehalten. Im Essbereich steht ein für bis zu 12 Personen langer Tisch. Weiterhin 2 große Wohnräume mit Kamin, überdacht mit Blick zum Tal d'Orcia sowie zum großen Garten. Die Villa ist ausgestattet mit allem Komfort, wie Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Fernseher und Stereoanlage.
Mit seinen 30 Hektar Wein, Oliven und Wald ein idealer Platz für einen erholsamen Urlaub für eine Gruppe von Freunden, eine Großfamilie oder auch Künstler, die Inspiration suchen, alles in Erreichbarkeit von 2 km vom Zentrum Montepulciano's, 10 Minuten von Pienza, Chianciano Terme, 15 Minuten nach Bagno Vignoni oder von den Termen San Filippo und Radicofani.
Die Restaurierung der Dependance, im Haupthaus angeschlossen, kann nur mit diesem zusammen angemietet werden. Sie bietet weitere 4 Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten mit einem herrlich geräumigen Wohnraum mit Kamin.
Für Ehepaare steht das neuerstellte Häuschen "Il Galletto", mit einer eigenen Zufahrt zum Haus zur Verfügung. Es bietet sich auch von hier aus ein herrlicher Blick ins d'Orcia Tal. Das Häuschen „Il Galletto" kann 4 Personen beherbergen (2 + 2)
Die geräumige Wohnküche hat einen Kamin, der auch gut zum Grillen genutzt werden kann. Auch auf der geräumigen Terrasse befindet sich eine Grillmöglichkeit.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher Waschmaschine und die Abschlussreinigung sind im Preis enthalten.
